Job Role Purpose
The role’s goal is to assist process delivery by ensuring Production Specialists’ daily performance, resolving technical escalations, and improving technical competency.Â
- Oversee and support the process by comparing daily transactions to performance metrics.Â
- Handle technical escalations by accurately diagnosing and addressing client issues.Â
- Develop people skills to achieve operational excellence and sustain great customer service levels for current accounts/clients.Â
