Inbound Customer Care Executive (Work from Home) Pune, Maharashtra.

Age -18+35 and above We are searching for:- “Fresher Customer Care Executive” Work From Home, Remote With minimum experience required.
- Essentially, it is a remote employment. (Chat Process) on WhatsApp Only for selection, a virtual interview will be conducted via WhatsApp conversation… If selected, you will receive three days of training before beginning work, as well as a 500 joining bonus and an offer letter from the employer.
Job essential responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls or charts on a daily basis by phone or WhatsApp chat, as well as promoting company products, advantages, and services to clients.
- Help consumers solve their issues and queries using (Chatt Process) on WhatsApp.
- Part-time – 5 hours.
- Full-time – 8 hours.
- Part-time shift: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Full-time shift: 12 to 8 p.m.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Hindi and English.
- Hire and onboard fresh candidates. Provide them with daily training in accordance with company standards and conditions. Part time Only “Fresher” students may apply.
Full-time income ranges from 15000 to 20000.
Part-time Salary Fix: 7,500
Fix Salary Payout 15k/20k per month with bonuses + Gift Card vouchers + 500 welcome joining bonus after 3 days of training for sure.
