IBPS SO Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria: 

The IBPS SO eligibility criteria varies for recruiting applicants to various roles for which they are selected via the IBPS SO 2024 Exam. To be qualified for IBPS SO Recruitment 2024, a candidate must meet three requirements: citizenship, an age limit, and educational qualifications. The citizenship criteria for a candidate for the IBPS SO 2024 examination are given below.

• A subject of Nepal
• Tibetan refugees who moved to India before January 1, 1962, and expected to remain there permanently
• A subject of Indian Origin migrated from Burma, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Uganda, Kenya, United Republic of Tanzania, Namibia, Ethiopia, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Vietnam

IBPS SO Notification 2024:Educational Qualifications (as on 21/08/2024):

1.Information Technology Officer (Scale I):A four-year engineering/technology degree in computer science, information technology, computer applications, electronics and communication engineering, electronics and telecommunications, electronics and instrumentation, or 2) Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Application/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics and Telecommunication/Electronics and Instrumentation OR Graduates who completed the DOEACC ‘B’ level exam.

2.Agriculture Field Officer (Scale I): A four-year graduation degree in agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, veterinary science, dairy science, agricultural engineering, fishery science, pisciculture, agri marketing and cooperation, co-operation and banking, or agroforestry.

3.Rajbhasha Adhikari, Scale I: Post Graduate in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduate or degree level OR Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the graduation level.

4.Law Office (Scale I ):A bachelor’s degree in law and registered as an advocate with the Bar Council. 

5.HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduate and full-time postgraduate degrees or full-time diplomas in personnel management, industrial relations, human resources, human development, social work, and labor law.

6.Marketing Officer (Scale I):Graduate and Full-Time MMS (Marketing)/ MBA (Marketing)/Full-Time PGDBA/PGDBM with Marketing Specialization

Selection Process Details IBPS SO Recruitment 2024: 

The IBPS SO Recruitment 2024 procedure for selecting Specialist Officers will be done in three phases: 

1. Online preliminary exam. 
2. Online Main Exam 
3. Interview 

IBPS SO Salary Structure 2024: 

The basic salary for Scale I SO positions is Rs. 23,700/-. The IBPS Specialist Officer(SO) Salary will be revised following the long-awaited 11th Bipartite Settlement. The current IBPS SO Pay Scale is: 23700-980(7)-30560-1145(2)-32850-1310(7)-42021. Allowances Values Dearness Allowance 36% of base salary. Special Allowance 7.75% of (Basic + DA). HRA 7.9% City Compensatory Allowance 0%-4% (Depending on Tier I to Tier III cities) PF Contribution Rs. 3000/- Rs. 3500/-

IBPS SO In-hand Salaries 2024 The gross salary for IBPS SO ranges between Rs. 46000/- and Rs. 48000/-. After deductions (such as PF and other deductions), the in-hand salary of a newly recruited IBPS Specialist Officer ranges from Rs. 42000/- to Rs. 44000/-.
