Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be in charge of driving sales growth and income generation in various regions of India. This position demands frequent travel within your designated zone to meet with clients, attend industry events, and undertake sales activities.
Main responsibilities:
Territory Management: Oversee a certain sales territory, which includes finding potential clients, performing market research, and gaining a complete understanding of customer wants and preferences.
Client Engagement: Meet with clients in person, show products, and provide sales presentations. Understand client requirements and offer clear and personalized solutions to suit them.
New Business Development: Actively explore new business ways through cold calls, networking.Develop and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy Execution: Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and objectives in your territory. Collaborate with the sales team on pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product/service innovations.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: With CRM software, you can keep precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Analyze sales and performance information to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1:A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
2:Best selling record in field sales, with 3 – 9 years of relevant experience in a similar job.
3:Must understand the local location of the given Territory.
4:Good communication, negotiating, and Active listening.
5:Excellent planning and time-management abilities.
6:Successful ability to work both individually and collaboratively.
7:Travel widely in India.
