SUMMARY:
The goal of concession abuse prevention (CAP) is to stop concession misuse while maintaining consumer confidence. Principal duties of the position:
- A bachelor’s, master’s, or comparable degree from a prestigious university
- Prior customer service experience would be advantageous.
- Highly desired: advanced computer proficiency with a range of programs
- Willingness to work for any sub-process within SDS teams, including Virtual Customer Service (Work from Home)
- Constant availability, including willingness to work on weekends and outside of the “standard” work day.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s, master’s, or comparable degree from a prestigious university
- Prior customer service experience would be advantageous.
- Highly desired: advanced computer proficiency with a range of programs
